Welcome to Gobbler. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gobbler application and website (the "Service") operated by Gobbler ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Gobbler. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Not share your account credentials with others.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Gobbler to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Upload or share harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond its intended functionality.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

4. Content You Save

You retain ownership of the content you save to Gobbler. By saving content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display that content back to you as part of the Service. This includes AI-powered extraction, categorization, and indexing.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to save and use the content you submit. We do not claim ownership of your saved content and will not share it with other users.

5. Intellectual Property

The Gobbler service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.

6. AI Features

Gobbler uses artificial intelligence to provide features such as content extraction, semantic search, auto-organized collections, and conversational search. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should verify important information independently.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep Gobbler available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Beta Program

During the beta period, the Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. Features may change, and data handling practices may evolve. We will notify beta users of any significant changes. Participation in the beta is free and may be subject to additional terms communicated at the time of enrollment.

9. Termination

You may stop using Gobbler and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if continued use poses a risk to the Service or other users. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gobbler and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of Gobbler after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
